Shipping & Delivery

Spend over £25 and receive FREE first class delivery within the UK. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £1.49 on all other UK orders, unless otherwise stated on the product information page.

Shipping to Europe is £3.99.

Shipping to the Rest Of The World is £4.50.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of the ordering process from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched First Class Delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched First Class Delivery the following day. Orders processed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

Sadly the postal service is the only thing we have no control over so please allow upto 7 working days for delivery during busier times in the UK and up to 14 days for overseas orders.

We shall make a full refund for any goods returned under this term within a reasonable time, using the same method of payment as your purchase.

You will NOT be entitled to a refund on your delivery cost, or any return postage costs you may incur.

Returns & Replacements

You must inspect the goods as soon as practicable upon delivery.

In the event of damage, faulty goods or short supply, you shall notify us in writing as soon as possible and in all cases within two days from the date of delivery of any alleged damage, fault or shortage. If you do not comply with this provision, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. We shall be given the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.
